How to Order Services

State Agencies and Eligible Users can procure our services through the following process:

  1. Identify Need

    Determine the specific Job Title and Scope Variant (experience level) required.

  2. Issue Request for Quote (RFQ)

    Create a detailed RFQ including scope, term, and qualifications.

  3. Review Resumes

    Nexzentek will submit qualified candidates along with a Resume Self-Certification Form for each proposed staff member.

  4. Issue Purchase Order

    Services are ordered via a Purchase Order (PO) referencing Contract No. 80101507-23-STC-ITSA. We accept State Purchasing Cards (P-Cards).
